Isabell RAUE

Isabell RAUE is currently an external research associate at ICES. As a Double Degree PhD Candidate at the University of Groningen and Macquarie University, her research focuses on EU-China relations, world order, and strategic narratives. She holds an MA in East Asian Studies and a BA in International Relations and law. With her experiences in several European countries and China, combined with her background in academic research and publishing, she contributes to the think tank's research on EU–China relations amid a shifting world order.
