HONG Linsheng

HONG Linsheng is a Research and Management Associate at ICES. His research focuses on China's cultural diplomacy, soft power, and industrial policy. He holds two master's degrees in Linguistics from KU Leuven and the University of Macau. Prior to joining ICES, he worked at the China Chamber of Commerce to the EU, where he contributed to research and commentary on China–EU relations. His work aims to promote mutual understanding between the two sides.
